Journaling Workshop – NEW DATE

Put your thoughts on paper and take a moment for yourself 🖊️✨

Join us for a journaling workshop.  Through bullet journaling, we’ll explore simple, creative ways to support mental well-being, reduce stress, and build positive habits—no experience needed.

All journals and materials will be provided.  We’ll also provide the snacks too!

This event will be led by Abigail, our Y&E Ambassador.

This event is offered through our Young & Empowered program and is geared toward youth and young adults.
