Different locations across Québec City – Bois-de-Coulonge Park, Plains of Abraham, Promenade Samuel Champlain, Jacques-Cartier Promenade/Cap-Rouge Marina.

In our fast-paced world, take some time to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others. Our volunteer-led Wellness Walks offer a perfect opportunity to step outside, breathe in fresh air and experience the benefits of physical movement.

Join us in making a positive impact on our community’s mental health, one step at a time. Reduce your stress levels, boost your mood, enhance your physical well-being and meet some new people in the community.

 

Become a Wellness Walk volunteer!

If you enjoy walking outdoors, and would like to become a Wellness Walk volunteer, we’d love to hear from you. You will be responsible for choosing the location, date and time for the walks. Contact our WE Mind Mental Health Program Coordinator, Verity, at vjordan@jhpartners.net to learn more.
