Wellness Walks

In our fast-paced world, take some time to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others. Our volunteer-led Wellness Walks offer a perfect opportunity to step outside, breathe in fresh air and experience the benefits of physical movement.
Join us in making a positive impact on our community’s mental health, one step at a time. Reduce your stress levels, boost your mood, enhance your physical well-being and meet some new people in the community.
Wellness Walks are led by our lovely volunteer, Kathleen.
Meet-up from 9:15 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. start for each walk. Walks are on Tuesday and Thursday at various locations: Bois de Coulonge Park and along the Promenade Samuel de Champlain, either from Station de la Côte to the Bois de Coulonge staircase, or to the Quai des Cageux.
