Qi Gong

Join us at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion this winter for six Qi Gong sessions. Qi Gong blends gentle movements, mindful breathing, and meditation to harmonize the body’s vital energy (Qi). Suitable for all abilities, this calming practice encourages relaxation, improves circulation, supports physical strength, and helps reduce stress while fostering a deeper connection between mind and body.

Classes will be in English, led by Qi Gong instructor, Elena Bratishchenko.
6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Mondays, January 19 – March 2 (*No session February 16).
Wear comfortable clothes and we recommend to bring a bottle of water with you.
($30 for all six classes)
