You’ll learn how to stay motivated even when distractions try to steal your attention and build habits that actually help you make progress. In this session you’ll learn practical tools to help you act and feel more in control of your goals.
The session is in partnership with QCRC and offered through our Young & Empowered program, for youth and young adults in our community. Facilitated by Michelle Osbourne, QCRC Skills Building Lab.
