Designed for older adults, this weekly program combines low-impact cardio activities such as dance with strength and balance exercises to keep your body moving safely. Whether you’re a beginner or already active, movements can be adapted to match your comfort and capacity. Join us on Wednesday afternoons at 1:15 p.m., from January 21 to April 8, and enjoy a fun, supportive environment that helps you stay fit and confident.
