If you find yourself needing to let go and reconnect with yourself and your breath, join us for some relaxing Yoga.  Taking time for yourself and prioritising your self-care and inner peace are important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and positive mental health. 

Join us at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion for Yoga relaxation sessions.  We will be using breath work and guided meditation to enhance relaxation while stretching and finding inner calmness.

Open to all ages and levels; instructor Susa Bernard will show you how to adapt the exercises to your ability. She is a certified yoga instructor at Susa Sparkle Yoga.

There were will be 2 groups each week: an earlier class from 6:15 – 7:15 pm and a later class from 7:30 – 8:30 pm.

Things to bring with you:

  • A yoga mat or towel
  • A bottle of water

Space for this activity is limited to a maximum of 14 participants.

$20 for all four classes.
