Mental Health Week is a dedicated time to prioritize and promote mental well-being. Each year, the first full week of May serves as a crucial reminder of the importance of mental health in our lives and aims to break down the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Throughout the week, we offer a variety of activities to enhance the mental well-being of our community.
