The Social Participation Program (SPP), offered in partnership with the Eastern Québec Learning Centre, is an adult education program that provides meaningful hands-on work experiences through collaborations with local businesses. The program also provides job readiness training, including interview preparation, professional etiquette, and effective communication. In addition, it addresses aspects of independent living to help participants balance work and home life, empowering them to achieve both personal and professional success.
