- Wednesday, November 12, 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion: 1270 Chemin Sainte-Foy, room 1123-1125
- Thursday, November 13, 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier Community Centre: 2215 Boul. Valcartier
