Pathfinder network
Be a part of helping others in our community find their way. Get training in identifying the signs of declining health and well-being and use this knowledge to guide others to the right services and resources when they need help.
Vaccination against respiratory infections
Learn more about where you can get your annual vaccination against the flu, COVID-19 and pneumonia (usually in the fall), and find out if you are eligible to receive a free shot.
Transportation & accompaniment service
We do our best to find you a reliable volunteer to take you to medical appointments, or help with grocery shopping and errands.
