A drop-in twice a month to play games with the objective to help keep your brain strong and healthy.

A workshop designed for older adults who want to stay at home safely for as long as possible, as well as their caregivers.

PAIR program
An automated prevention call system designed to support individuals who live alone, feel isolated, face health challenges, or receive few visitors.
