The Partners in Care workshops aim to inform caregivers and family members about clinical topics to promote effective collaboration with care teams. These workshops are offered by JH Partners and are made possible through funding by L’APPUI pour les Proches Aidants.

The session will be held in both English and French, alternating between the two languages. While this may slow the pace slightly, it allows us to welcome more people and respect everyone’s preferred language. Thank you for your understanding!
