Description
Through the Caregivers’ Circle program, the Jeffery Hale Community Partners will offer a peer support group for parents of children under 12 with ADD or ADHD.
General objectives
– Foster a space of shared understanding and solidarity where parents of children with an ADD-ADHD diagnosis can support one another through the exchange of experiences, strategies, and emotions
– Reduce isolation and stigma by creating a community where parents feel heard, valued, and less alone in the challenges they face.
– Enhance emotional well-being by offering a safe, respectful environment for expressing and processing difficult feelings associated with parenting a child with a an ADD-ADHD diagnosis.
NOTE: This is not an educational group. The facilitator will not provide any educational content.

– Closed group of 6 to 8 parents.
– 90 minutes in-person meetings.
– Happening on Monday evenings.
Who can participate?
– Parents of children under 12 with an ADD-ADHD diagnosis.
