Qi Gong

Join us at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion this winter for six Qi Gong sessions. Qi Gong blends gentle movements, mindful breathing, and meditation to harmonize the body’s vital energy (Qi). Suitable for all abilities, this calming practice encourages relaxation, improves circulation, supports physical strength, and helps reduce stress while fostering a deeper connection between mind and body.
