DESCRIPTION:Back on the calendar in winter 2026:  Triple P Positive Parenting \nWe are proud to announce that we will once again offer the Triple P Parenting seminars in the winter of 2026. Triple P is a world renowned positive parenting program designed to support every parent. \nWe will be offering three Triple P Parenting seminars of 90 minutes for parents\, in a classroom-style group setting format\, followed by a question period. DESCRIPTION:Due to overwhelming popularity\, this class is now full. \nPlease contact Jessica if you would like to be placed on a waiting list or to express your interest in future post-natal fitness classes.  \nJoin us for our first ever Post-natal fitness class! Designed to help moms safely regain strength\, mobility and core stability. You will work with a professional kinesiologist to improve posture\, and enhance overall fitness while respecting your body. \nThe class is suitable for mothers at least 6 weeks postpartum (or with medical clearance). No prior fitness experience required. \nEach session will include: \n\nCore rehabilitation and pelvic floor awareness.\nLow-impact cardio to boost energy and endurance.\nStrength training to support daily movements and lifting.\nStretching and relaxation to ease tension and promote balance.\n\nBabies and partner are welcome — we create a supportive and inclusive environment where you can move at your own pace and connect with other new moms. \nWhen and where?  \n\nSix Tuesday mornings from January 20 to February 24\, 10 to 11 a.m.\nJeffery Hale Pavilion\, 1270 chemin Sainte-Foy\n\nOur instructor \nIsabelle Kingsbury has a masters degree in Kinesiology. She is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  She excels with pre and post/natal fitness and healthy lifestyle education. You will work with a professional kinesiologist to improve posture\, and enhance overall fitness while respecting your body. \nThe class is suitable for mothers at least 6 weeks postpartum (or with medical clearance). Triple P is a world renowned positive parenting program designed to support every parent. \nWe will be offering three Triple P Parenting seminars of 90 minutes for parents\, in a classroom-style group setting format\, followed by a question period. The presenters for this material will be our very own Jarryd Smith and Jessica Price\, who were trained in Triple P in 2024. \nTo make things a little more interesting\, we have once again decided to make these pizza AND parenting evenings as this format was very well received last year.
