DESCRIPTION:Moms! Join our Post-natal fitness class! Designed to help you safely regain strength\, mobility and core stability. You will work with a professional kinesiologist to improve posture\, and enhance overall fitness while respecting your body. \nThe class is suitable for mothers at least 6 weeks postpartum (or with medical clearance). No prior fitness experience required. \n\nLevel 1 – pelvic floor recovery\, from 4 weeks (6 weeks cesarian) to about 5 months (see event by that name also in our calendar).\nLevel 2 – regaining strength from 5 months and onwards.\n\nEach session will include: \n\nCore rehabilitation and pelvic floor awareness.\nLow-impact cardio to boost energy and endurance.\nStrength training to support daily movements and lifting.\nStretching and relaxation to ease tension and promote balance.\n\nBabies and partner are welcome — we create a supportive and inclusive environment where you can move at your own pace and connect with other new moms. \nWhen and where?  \n\nSix Tuesday mornings\, starting March 24 until April 28.\nLevel 2: 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.\nJeffery Hale Pavilion\, 1270 chemin Sainte-Foy (Door 20) in the Community Art Room on the 2nd floor\n\nOur instructor \nIsabelle Kingsbury has a masters degree in Kinesiology. She is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  She excels with pre and post/natal fitness and healthy lifestyle education.
